The team are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our highly successful and dedicated team in the HVAC/Electrical/Technical Services industries based in Brisbane.

ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you will possess Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Sales Management or Business Management together with.
- Previous experience as a successful Business Development Manager in Technical Services/heavy industry
- Detailed understanding of the commercial building and industrial services markets, customers, and competitor landscape
- Astute financial management acumen to oversee budgets and ensure sustainable cost management
- High-level customer service and focus, negotiation, communication & presentation skills proven ability to bring in new business and a positive can-do attitude
- High level of verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Self-motivated and commitment to continuous improvement
- Highly supportive, team-orientated organisation
