Business Development Manager - Foodservice Equipment

Hoshizaki and Lancer are market leaders in the Foodservice & Beverage equipment industry in Australia.  For over 50 years, Hoshizaki Lancer has serviced Australian venues with quality equipment like our industry leading ice making machines.  We are seeking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager for the NSW territory.

Working within the national Hoshizaki Foodservice team you will be based from our Sydney office in Pennant Hills.  You will be a self-starter who is mobile, can work autonomously while collaborating with your interstate colleagues.  Most importantly you can build solid and successful business relationships with our channel partners.

Ideally, we require you to demonstrate a proven track record in commercial Foodservice equipment sales and preferably with a background in Ice Making and/or Refrigeration equipment sales.  We expect you to grow our market share in share of refrigeration and ice making equipment sales with our existing network of dealers across NSW and have the ability to work closely with our marketing team to support our dealers digital (webshop and social media) requirements.  Like any good business we measure our performance and celebrate success.

You should have (or can quickly gain) a good knowledge of the Foodservice industry, ie:

• Catering Equipment Companies
• Kitchen Equipment Companies
• Refrigeration Equipment Companies
• Specifiers
• Architects
• Stainless Steel Fabricators & Shop Fitters

Whilst we have an established customer base, this role may require building new business relationships with the right commercial partners in your given territory. The successful applicant will be expected to travel (regional NSW) as required.
