The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving our strategic expansion within key sectors. Your primary focus will be on identifying growth opportunities and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders in the industrial and mining industries. Your expertise will be vital in positioning our large cooling systems as the top choice for temperature control solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to penetrate and expand the market in commercial, civil, industrial, and mining projects.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, contractors, and decision-makers to establish long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and sales teams to align efforts and ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Drive product awareness and promote the value proposition of our large cooling systems.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development within the HVAC industry, specializing in large cooling systems and applications.
- Strong understanding of the commercial, civil, industrial, and mining sectors and their respective market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field (preferred).
What We Offer:
On offer will be a salary of $110k-$120k (dependent on experience) + Super + Fully maintained company vehicle + performance-based incentives.
