About the Role:
Come aboard and take the next step in your career! We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Freight ForwardingBusiness Development Manager for our growing Sydney team.
In this position you collaborate with senior stakeholders within the business and work closely with our Operations, and Customer Service Teams. You actively build your sales pipeline, exploring and securing new and profitable business across all trade lanes in air and sea freight.

Key Accountabilities:
- Drive and manage sales opportunities for both Air & Sea freight.
- Develop strategies and activities to support both new & existing customer relationships.
- Research and identify sales pipelines and support campaigns across vertical markets, products & trade lanes.
- Develop and maintain a fit for purpose pipeline of prospects that matches the company’s strategies.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 4 years experience in a sales role within Freight Forwarding industry.
- A strong track record in successfully identifying new business opportunities and developing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as time management.
- Outgoing personality with a solution-oriented mind set.
- A passion for hunting and generating new business opportunities.
