About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join our collaborative and supportive team. The successful candidate will work closely with our national sites to optimise deliverables of our recycling facilities. You will have a true Business Development focus, proven track record of organic growth and be someone who can build their own success.

Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, your key responsibilities will include:
- Key focus and commitment to build the business
- Proactively maintain CRM with opportunities and status of the opportunity
- Actively prepare weekly sales cycle visits. This will include visiting new and existing customers
- Scope and quote works
- Strategize and assist with tender responses
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations
- Consistently Interact professionally with the clients and staff and maintain effective working relationships in cooperation with the management team to effectively meet departmental objectives.

About You
To be successful for this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in business or an equivalent discipline are highly desirable
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales within similar industry is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in a business environment that requires the use of analytical and problem-solving techniques
- Demonstrated financial management and commercial business experience in similar industry
- Excellent communication skills to work within the team and external stakeholders
- Highly developed skills in project management.
- A current General Induction for Construction Work Certificate (White Card)
