Premium Solutions (PSG) is seeking a proactive, results-oriented, and talented Training and Development Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our team.

The Company 

Established in 2017, Premium Solutions has grown steadily to become a trusted integrated solutions partner for innovative organisations across strata and residential, government, retail, hospitality, events, and construction. As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking an experienced Training and Development manager to help us achieve performance excellence.

Role Objective

To provide our team with the skills, work ethic and knowledge to consistently exceed company, client and community expectations, drive operational efficiency, and enable adaptability to evolving demands while fostering a motivating work culture.

This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and reviewing training needs, designing effective training programs, and implementing strategies to enhance the skills and performance of our teams.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Improve our employees’ individual and team performance through implementing proactive and reactive training programs and strategies, ensuring alignment with the Company vision, mission, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the operations management team to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
  • Coordinate professional development plans and career progression programs with individual personnel.
  • Utilise various training methods and techniques and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to improve the quality of training initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of motivation for continuous learning and Development.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Formal education in business administration, security management, or related field
  • Proven experience in Training and Development, preferably in a similar industry, such as security services, facilities management, or hospitality.
  • At least 3 years experience in a Training and Development role for operations personnel.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • NSW Security License with 2A subclass (or equivalent interstate license) is a plus.
