WHAT’S INVOLVED?
Making this role your own, you will share our history and excite customers with our innovation, to drive business and grow our Brands. This role covers on-premise outlets. Predominantly managing a territory in the Melbourne CBD area, with some regional travel required on occasion.
- You’ll be a proactive negotiator - Negotiate and manage strong relationships to source new business.
- You’ll strategise - Execute State and National Strategy's, Business Plans and Promotional Programs.
- You’ll be an Ambassador for our Brands – Manage a client base of existing outlets to grow volume, distribution and profitability.
- You’ll follow through - Plan and execute an effective journey plan to cover the territory.
- You’ll understand your Customers - Ensure the right product mix is sold into stores and outlets.
- You’ll get the job done - Update and maintain CRM system and timely reporting.
- You’ll make things better – Drive change and improvements from your learnings.
