About the Role:
- Actively prospect for new business to grow the current rental portfolio
- Develop external relationships to assist with growth
- Liaise with sales team to maximise new business lead potential
- Maintain customer service program with existing landlord and tenant database
- Conduct rental appraisals and listing presentations
- Manage all tenant enquiry, viewings and feedback throughout the vacant property process on all new managements
- Promote the brand and the team through effective marketing.

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Time management and planning skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Must possess high degree of self-discipline and drive
- Immaculate corporate presentation
- Must hold a current Agents Representative Certificate
- Must hold a valid Driver’s License
