The Role
We are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager/Account Manager to work within the real estate industry across Melbourne and Victoria, ranging from boutique to large multi-offices.
Energy and passion to develop and seek opportunities is essential. Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction with understanding of relationship development is key.
'On-the -road' role encompassing daily meetings with new and existing clients.
Your duties:
- Expanding client base.
- Developing customers businesses
- Managing client requirements and expectations
- Communication with client corporate offices
- Liaising with various internal stakeholders to ensure your clients’ needs are met accordingly
- Meet monthly targets
Skills & Experience
- BDM/Account Management.
- Experience in real estate and or servicing the real estate industry
- Proven experience in working in a team environment
- Strong customer-centric focus, with an ability to seamlessly maintain multiple accounts
- Confident, friendly persona with excellent communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a passion to achieve.
