Form of workOur client is a leader in their field and has a great opportunity to join their team. We require a Senior Business Analyst with good stakeholder management skills.
As a key project team member, you will be working within a solutions team. You will be working with business stakeholders, technology teams, and other parties to scope, define and deliver accurate and clear Business Analysis.
The position will require the candidate to perform sound business analysis and lead the definition of requirements as well as support the technical project team throughout the implementation process. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, enabling business processes and operations, and ensuring stable and sustainable support.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyse business requirements and identify gaps
- Champion the Business Analysis workshops and initiatives
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources
- Partner with key stakeholders and manage business expectations
- Identify pain areas within the current state and lead the implementation of solutions to streamline and enhance business operations
- Sound Jira and Confluence exposure
- Sound understanding of the System Development Life Cycle
- experience on CRM/SalesForce projects
- Business Process Mapping Methodologies
- Strong estimating skills and experience
- Ability to provide a deep functional understanding of IT solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar
- Past experience in full end-to-end delivery
- Minimum of 8 years experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role Technical Experience
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership Skills
- Strong personal communication style
- Ability to manage time effectively across competing priorities
- Goal-focused and determined
