This role is responsible for growing our client footprint across AU & NZ using Business Development, acquisition, marketing and user group engagement. You'll inform the product development of the Medi-Map solution based on user experience, build relationships from enquiries, proactive selling strategies and site visits.
You’ll take ownership of the end to end sales process, product demonstrations and using your problem solving skills, you’ll find the best configuration to meet our clients needs.

Achieving our realistic but growth sales targets across SaaS licences and services Build a multi-level relationship with existing and future clients, and nurture every opportunity! Implement client engagement strategies that deliver excellent retention outcomes and robust relationships Develop your personal demonstration skills to be equal parts educating, engaging and informative. Become the expert on our product within our markets! Participate in regular marketing activities, both reactive and proactive; including reaching out to prospective large entity clients, and participating in industry conferences, meetings and user-group activities Understand the client’s business and goals and outline intersections and benefits of our products Once a sale is made, ensure a smooth handover to the implementation team to ensure seamless and timely delivery Ideal background…
Minimum 5yrs Business Development and B2B sales experience in tech and/or SaaS 2yrs+ experience in a clinical role or in clinical education You can demonstrate your success at meeting revenue goals, market segmentation, analysis, identifying opportunities and evaluating client needs Understanding of the healthcare industry. Bonus points for pharmaceutical, aged-care or primary care! You’ll understand our industry’s goals and processes and how technology can enhance outcomes for our clients You’ll have solid experience in delivering sound marketing and communication strategies, exceptional presentation and client engagement skills You’ll have experience in CRM systems and technology, with attention to detail in keeping records and absorbing documents (including RFTs) An excellent communicator at all levels of the organisation.
