Qualifications & experience
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mechanic Engineering or other relevant disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in logistics or packaging industry. Proven track record in driving awareness, growth, revenue and retention;
- Customer-oriented, strong sense of responsibility with good communication skills to liaise effectively with customers, distributors and other parties;
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and detail oriented;
- Can work under intercultural environments.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Establish and maintain long-term relationship with key customers;
- Maintain regular contact and develop new business with existing customers; develop mutually beneficial commercial engagement with clients;
- Responsible for product quality tracking and customer feedback collection;
- Responsible for after-sales customer service, handle customers’ enquiries and achieve professional standard;
- Assist in the order delivery, including order confirmation, delivery confirmation, delivery and logistics tracking, etc;
- Take initiative in the marketing events, such as exhibition preparation, advertising, website operation and management, etc;
- Collect competitive product information, forecasting the market preferences;
- Responsible for the develop of distributors and partners in the covered region;
- Handle ad hoc project as assigned.
