About The Role:
The Business Insights Lead will be the primary lead for the Performance and Reporting team with the teams that provide professional services support for BKI. In this newly created role, you will be the conduit between the business and your team to build Business Intelligence capability and ensure there is access to accurate, timely and actionable data and insights. The role will also deliver insightful analytics and commentary which will enable management to understand performance and make more impactful data driven decisions.

- Demonstrated experience collating strategically valuable data and recommendations from multiple sources and the provision and high-level reporting of valuable Business Insights
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively
- Strong engagement and interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Continuous learning mindset and a passion for fostering a culture of learning and development
- Experience working with Power BI advantageous
