Your Role
The AO3 Business Manager will provide a range of executive and secretarial support along with confidential and administrative services to support the activities of the Principal.
The successful candidate will need to have:
- knowledge of Microsoft Suite products including mail merge and intermediate Excel;
- strong organisational, time management skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
ability to think logically and problem solve;
- be a dedicated team player that works collaboratively with all team members;
- ability to work independently, problem solve and continue refining and developing processes;
- proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure and to manage shifting priorities and interruptions in a fast-paced office environment;
- operate autonomously to undertake day to day office procedures within well-defined policies and utilise information and management systems to support effective and efficient reporting and administration;
- provide a comprehensive range of executive and administrative support services including preparation of accurate and timely reports, correspondence and other documents where necessary;
- be driven to build a positive, welcoming and supportive school culture;
- undertake routine activities including client services, student services (telephone and counter enquiries), arranging correspondence and general administration, maintaining school records, and processing high volume of emails.
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Accounts Receivables, raising invoices, receipting and credit adjusting and providing payment reports to Principal;
- Debt management using the Dunnings Process and Statements;
- Accounts Payable - Invoice Entry;
- Corporate Card Reconciliations;
- Raising and receipting Purchase Orders;
- WH&S Administration;
- demonstrated knowledge of SBS, Tracer and BEMIR.
Other responsibilities as required:
- Reception - attending to telephone calls, counter enquiries and emails;
- OneSchool - entering student absences, logging records of contact;
- Photocopying/Printing;
- Newsletter.
This role would be suitable for someone who:

- Has proven ability to work autonomously, while achieving high quality outcomes;
- Is able to work harmoniously in a team environment.
