The team is dedicated to excellence, innovation, and growth, and we are now looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager for their small team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth and enhance our market position. This new role involves building and maintaining relationships with existing clients as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate industry, a strong network, and a passion for achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our portfolio of commercial and residential real estate projects.
- Expand the company's footprint in target geographic areas by leveraging market insights and industry trends.
- Achieve a specified percentage increase in annual sales and revenue through strategic planning and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure continued business and client satisfaction.
- Ensure a high conversion rate of leads to sales through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry to enhance business opportunities and market presence.
- Attend regular meetings and provide regular reports on Business Development activities, sales performance, and market conditions to senior management.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Development or sales role within the real estate industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (Highly regarded).
- Currently hold a valid Real Estate Agent's licence.
- Available to work weekends
- Will pass a National Police Check.
- Experience held with Sales & Property systems including Pricefinder and Agentbox (desired).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market, particularly in residential sales, property management, commercial sales, and strata management. Familiarity with the real estate market and listings across the Hills District (desired).
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Extensive network within the real estate industry and the ability to leverage relationships for business growth.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Business Development strategies.
