Conversely, to use data to challenge management actions and imperatives to ensure that the focus remains on items that are material and effective on the financial outcomes.Reporting to the Associate Director GCR Performance Analytics, the GCR Business Performance Manager will proactively work with our key stakeholders to drive strategic performance improvements in our cost base, debtor performance, collections, customer payment support, and Bad Debt. Your team will be tasked with data gathering and analysis to generate credit, product, and commercial insights to enable improvements to financial performance as well as our customer experience. The breadth of this role will focus on the end-to-endCredit and Collections life cycle and with it the touch points from sales through to service, product and customer insights as well as all facets of delivering performance management for GCR to monitor and track goals & objectives within the AOP.It starts with you!
- University degree in business, finance, marketing or statistics or related field
- Previous experience in a commercial Finance/analytics lead/Business Partner capacity;
- Extensive knowledge of data & analytics, data mining, performance management, reporting/BI
- Extensive knowledge in Risk management frameworks and best practice
- Experience in the telecommunication industry is highly desirable but not essential
