Fitstop is seeking an experienced Business Performance Coach to join our Brisbane-based Head Office. In this role, you will support, educate, and hold accountable Fitstop location managers and operators, to enhance location performance and achieve key business objectives. You will continuously learn, evolve, and adapt Fitstop systems to ensure they align with performance-driven insights on best practices and industry trends, driving overall portfolio growth. By utilising Fitstop benchmarking data, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of network performance and collaborate directly with locations to develop strategies and processes that maximize performance and increase revenue.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Drive a performance-based culture across your portfolio by meeting and exceeding specific performance metrics.
- Establish strong relationships with Fitstop business owners, managers, and operators in your portfolio, built on a mutual foundation of trust, performance, deliverables and accountability.
- Have a deep understanding of financial education, including budgeting, P&L optimisation, forecasting, goal setting, and cash flow management to optimise profitability.
- Analyse network data to identify areas of opportunity, considering individual performance levels, and curating tailored performance plans to drive business growth.
- Provide support to Fitstop locations throughout their pre & post-open journey, altering strategies as necessary on an individual and portfolio-based level including induction training, weekly & monthly audits, quarterly business reviews, site visits and mystery shops.
- Conduct high-level conversations with Fitstop operators to ensure effective outcomes.
- Utilize sales CRM tools and Fitstop business platforms effectively.
- Uphold compliance with Fitstop brand standards, including Franchise obligations, Franchise Agreements, and the Franchise Disclosure Document.
- Troubleshoot and resolve franchise issues promptly and in line with the Franchise Agreement.
- Support projects by creating process templates for continuous improvement.
- Ensure marketing collateral is appropriately cascaded and implemented.
