The role
Our Business Services Team plays a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of the Local Buying Program.
The Business Services Administrator (BSA) role will provide effective support to our Business Services Team through the delivery and coordination of C-Res national business engagement initiatives, and administer the end-to-end transactions of the Local Buying Program (LBP) facilitated by C-Res.
The successful candidateWe are seeking a passionate highly skilled, customer service focused administrators responsive to the needs of our customers who:
are solutions-oriented professional with an overarching focus on being proactive.
have a strong professional work ethic and ability to integrate into a busy, dynamic team, and meet set deadlines in accordance with our business values.
have a passion for administration and the drive and discipline to work autonomously but also thrive as the member of a high-performing team.
possess excellent communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills.
are process driven with a high level of attention to detail and pervasive commitment to quality.
demonstrate experience in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, website navigation and MYOB. Any Ariba or SAP knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
are customer-focused and align with our customer service charter and core values – Respect, Integrity, Trust, and Empathy.
