The dealers supply a mix of commercial equipment and other assets.
Opportunity: Is positioned between the Credit team and the dealer (customer), looking after the legal documents, and the administration of their master credit limits for the Bank.
Role: Will potentially cover a wide range of responsibilities from getting approved dealers signed up to legal documents and securities registered. Through to processing invoices and payments between the Dealer and the Bank, as well as purchasing of new invoices as new stock is delivered to the dealer customer.
With dealers based all over Australia and New Zealand, and each dealer holding potentially $millions in inventory, it is important that the facilities are well managed to keep across the actual current facility sizes and ensure the correct security has been taken as recommended by the credit teams.

Requirements: We will be seeking to discuss this role with applicants the can best demonstrate:
1. Preferred - Exposure to Inventory finance, would be an advantage
2. Prior Settlements or another compliance checking and security registration type role in finance
3. Good communication to liaise with the dealer customers
4. Detail oriented, as these facilities can be quite large and so accuracy is of the utmost importance.
