Apex Radiology started out in 1996 in the Southwest of Western Australia and is one of the leading providers of diagnostic imaging services in the state. In 2014, Apex Radiology joined the Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group) to become part of one of the largest private radiology providers in Australia and New Zealand.

Apex Radiology is seeking a Business Support Officer in this newly created role, the Business Support Officer will play a vital role in assisting the marketing department to provide referrers with the best radiology services. Responsibilities include; managing the referrer hotline, assisting with booking patients for referrers, maintaining referrer systems and databases, and supporting the Radiologist coordinator with completion of Radiologist rosters and workflows.

ABOUT YOU
• Strong interpersonal skills
• 2 years’ experience within the Radiology industry
• Reception and bookings skills is an advantage
• Medicare experience desirable
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work both autonomously and part of a team
• Ability to add value through a continuous improvement mindset
• Proven high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Previous exposure to RIS/PACS applications including Comrad and Intelerad is highly desired
