About this Role:
Due to its significant growth over the last three to four years, STAR is now implementing a new organisational structure which has created this new role.
Leading a team of 10, the Business Support Manager will lead STAR’s Business Support function to deliver a high standard of service across the areas of Administration, Accounts / Finance, Payroll and its outsourced ICT.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this senior role will be an Accountant with relevant qualifications and memberships, looking to lead and mentor a small team whilst also still being hands-on in the business.
You will have a strong customer centric approach and be enthusiastic to use systems and processes to improve outcomes and client experience across STAR. You will also be curious and strive for improvements and efficiencies in all areas.
A strong attention to detail and your passion for providing analysis and insights will allow you and your team to provide the tools and support necessary to enable STAR to thrive.
