Stahmann Webster is looking for a hands-on ICT Business Systems Manager to support and improve the Business Systems environment. Reporting to the General Manager ICT, the role leads the ICT Business Systems team and works closely with internal stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure that Business Systems are working as expected and that new Business Systems and improvements to existing systems are successfully implemented.

Duties include but not limited to 

• Partnering with business leaders to understand their needs and goals and recommend technology solutions that align with their objectives. 
• Management of the ICT Business Systems team, providing guidance, leadership, and support. 
• Management, co-ordination and implementation of new Business Systems and improvements to existing Business Systems. 
• Management of integrations between Business Systems. 
• Management of the data and reporting environment. 
• Management of the Business Systems support helpdesk for the effective and efficient resolution of tickets. 
• Management of relationships with external ICT and Business Systems software providers. 
• Management of the knowledge base. 
• Provide user training, support and advice as required.

Essential Criteria, Skills and Experience

• Experience with SAP B1. 
• Experience with Manufacturing systems. 
• Experience using Power BI and SQL. 
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or finance. 
• Right to work in Australia. 
• Adhere to safety and quality requirement. 
• Work effectively in a team. 
• Australian Driver’s Licence. 

Desirable 

• Experience using ETL tools. 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. 
• Experience in the agriculture industry. 
• Ability to travel for project work.
