Duration: Flexible (expected duration between 1 to 6 months)
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Schedule service appointments and maintain the service calendar.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with service technicians and other staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Knowledge of the automotive or heavy vehicle industry is a plus but not required.
