You will be an expert (or be willing to learn) all areas of meat preparation, de boning, and creative meal ideas. Whist providing exceptional customer service to the loyal customers.Skills and Experience

• Ideally, you will have industry qualifications & Food Handlers certificate
• Exceptional skills in deboning, tying, grinding and tenderising meat
• The ability to display your product to make it inviting and appealing for the customer
• Excellent customer service experience
• Attention to detail and accurate with weighing and numbers
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to work in a team environment
• Experience in the safety and use of equipment
• You will take a lot of pride and passion in your career
• Be open to feedback and development
• The ability to work the hours required to get the best results
