Grow your career with a global retailer as a Buying Administration Assistant within our Buying team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a full-time permanent position.

What does the role look like?
- Supporting the Director - Buying Administration in a professional and efficient manner
- Providing support with financial reports and analytics both ad hoc and constant deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Sourcing relevant information in areas of responsibility
- Liaise with external service providers as required
- Liaise with internal customers and provide support to the National Buying Department
Qualifications
What do we need from you?
- Demonstrated administrative experience
- Great time management skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Ability to adapt in a fast moving and agile environment
- Ability to problem solve and use initiative
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
