Fig and Walnut is a busy cafe located in Seddon - opposite the Seddon train station.Our menu is a classic brunch with modern elements. We have an amazing crew established and a great supportive community.
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Diploma of Hospitality Management (specialising in Commercial Cookery) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience for both positions
- Must be available to work Saturday & Sunday
Tasks & responsibilities
- To participate in the day to day production of food and assist with efficient, cost effective and smooth running of the kitchen.
- Adhering to food production and presentation standards, service procedures and service times.
- Ordering and management of stock, checking quality and quantity of products received.
- Adhering to OHS guidelines.
