Cafe' Manager

An exciting new role has become available for a Full-time Café Manager at Black Caviar Café located on the main street of Nagambie. 

At Black Caviar, we’re all about good times and great food! Named after the legendary racehorse born at Gilgai Farm in Nagambie, Victoria, our spot is the perfect blend of hometown pride and deliciousness. We serve our customers awesome coffee paired with a classic cooked brekkie that hits all the right spots.

As the Manager of Black Caviar Cafe, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including managing the front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, monitoring stock, and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the venue. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Café Management/Supervisor roles in the hospitality industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 

You should be a self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
