The Daily Kitchen Co is looking for a full-time manager to fill a dream hospitality role - Monday to Friday - no nights or weekends.
We are a busy café located at Flinders University, operating between 7am – 5.30pm.
The ideal candidate will need to have a passion for hospitality, have barista experience, pride themselves on their customer service and have been employed in a similar role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café
- Managing a team of baristas and FOH staff
- Rostering, hiring and staff training
- Stock control and ordering
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Strong coffee knowledge
