As we continue to grow, we are now seeking an experienced and visionary Café Manager to lead our team.
As the Café Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and long-term success of Cactus Café. Your leadership and expertise will ensure the café remains a favourite destination for food lovers while upholding our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring efficient and effective management of staff, resources, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and promote the café’s vision.
Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation to build a highly effective and motivated team.
Monitor financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses to ensure the café’s financial health.
Uphold the highest standards of food safety, workplace safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Foster a positive and dynamic work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Cultivate relationships with suppliers, local businesses, and the community to enhance the café’s reputation and sustainability.
Qualifications and Skills:
Relevant certificate or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least two years of managerial experience in a café, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing a successful team.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for hospitality, food, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Knowledge of current food and beverage trends, with a commitment to sustainability and local sourcing.
