This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a vibrant cafe in one of the most picturesque locations on the Mornington Peninsula.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Implement and enforce health and safety standards.
• Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of front-of-house and kitchen staff.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience through outstanding service.
• Respond to customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
• Develop and execute initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage budgets and financial targets to ensure profitability.
• Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and control expenses effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
• Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry.
