This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a vibrant cafe in one of the most picturesque locations on the Mornington Peninsula.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience through outstanding service.
- Respond to customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage budgets and financial targets to ensure profitability.
- Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and control expenses effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry.
