We are an Artisan Italian Cafe Located on lower ground under the luxury boutiques. We are searching for a positive passionate Manager that works well as a team leader, is able to learn all aspects of the business and work across all aspects of the business, ensure the functionality of the store and ensure customer service standards are well met. We are needing a manager that has experience to ensure quality of service and strive to achieve store budgets.
We are looking for a manager with a "can do" attitude and someone that enjoys the work that they do. We are also looking for someone passionate about Italian food and coffee that is interested in the product they are selling.
Your job will be:
- Rostering
- Training
- Upselling
- Stock ordering
- Stocktake
- Staff management
- Banking / Cash management
- Food Safety Handling
- Barista training / Barista duties
- Kitchen duties
