Cafe Team Leader
About the Role
Our Cafe Team Leaders work hand in hand with the Store Managers to operate a safe and profitable Cafe everyday. You will coach your team to deliver memorable customer experiences and commercial outcomes everyday. As a Cafe Team Leader you will deliver operational excellence, implement APCO's strategies and perfectly execute our Cafe offering. Please note this role is a Sunday-Thursday roster.
About YOU!
You have had previous food safety experience
You have a positive and professional 'can do' attitude
You enjoy leading a team of retail and hospitality skilled people in a fast paced 24 hour environment
You feel absolutely at ease serving customers day after day and leading your team to do the same
You are motivated to achieve commercial targets and always involve your team in the challenge.
You can manage competing priorities and are compliance focused to ensure the brand standards are met.
You will be available to work flexible hours across the week including some weekends and you will also be available to be on call.
You must have previous management experience.
You will enhance the performance of the Cafe through your effective hands on approach
