About the Role

APS have partnered with a large and experienced provider of freight forwarding Services to help them in finding the best of the best in the customer service game!

Duties

• Respond to High Volume inbound calls.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Proactively identify and address customer needs.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Skills & Experience

• No previous experience required, just a can-do attitude and positive disposition.
• Be technically savvy.
• Use your initiative to assist others both colleagues and customers alike to reach common goals.
• Have a high level of resilience.
• Strong attention to detail
