This is not your average Call Centre role.
We are looking for applicants who are after learning and progression.
We seek someone is already the go to person in their own Call Centre team.
This will be a hybrid role (office based Monday to Wednesday, and from home on Thursdays and Fridays) following a successful induction and training in the office.
Annual pay reviews and the potential for bonus are on offer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service
- Meet SLA's and internal standards
- Handle calls with empathy and two way conversations
- Meet KPI's on quality, handling time and resolution
- Contribute to a growing team, suggesting improvements consistently
- Email responses and management
- Build relationships with internal teams
- Reporting as required
The non-negotiable requirements are:
- Call centre experience is mandatory
- A financial services background (from banking, superannuation or insurance) is essential
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
- A motivated self starter
- Someone who values exceptional service
- Stand out experience from a similar environment
- An upbeat, positive, collaborative individual
