In this role you be involved in:
Receiving inbound calls/emails from customers
Dealing with general enquiries
Billing questions
Bin Collection Schedules
Skills Required
The candidate we are seeking must have some form of customer service experience and hopefully at least 2 years of experience in a Call Centre Environment.
Hours of Work
The hours of work are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and the dress standards are smart casual.
Work From Home
After your six month training period you will then be considered for 2 days a week Work From Home. What a great lifestyle balance opportunity this is.
