How will you contribute to ensuring access to justice for all?
We have a Melbourne based opportunity for an experienced social media and communications professional to support our Marketing and Employment & Industrial Law teams. If you are a highly creative, technical specialist with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills we want to hear from you!
The Campaigns & Communications Specialist is responsible for executing the social media content plan largely supporting the Employment and Industrial Law team but will also have exposure to other areas of the firm. The successful candidate will develop and implement content that will drive traffic and engagement to our practice areas to ensure the practices remains a leading voice on social media.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and post content for key influencers within both practices;
• Create digital content for use on the website and social media channels, including written, graphic and video content;
• Develop and engage stakeholders to improve client engagement and conversion for our practice areas;
• Identify new channels that raise awareness of the cases, work and profile of our lawyers and their work in these practice areas;
• Liaise with union digital campaigners and develop combined campaign materials;
• Assist in campaigns relating to the focus areas of these practice areas.

The experience we are looking for

• Proven experience in digital marketing and/or campaigning function to maximise acquisition and conversation;
• Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or related discipline;
• Strong skills and understanding of current social media platforms and user interfaces;
• Understanding of current and developing digital offerings;
• Stakeholder relationship management skills (both internal and external), particularly with trade unions and NGOs and ability to manage expectations and multiple deliverables;
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence in presenting information at all levels across the business;
• Demonstration of good judgement with regards to content and messaging, including to manage external risks.
