Capability Consultant
Permanent, Hybrid role with 3 days working from home (Parramatta or Newcastle)
18 weeks equal paid parental leave (with super)

The opportunity
Have a direct influence on the uplift and performance of our entire workers compensation business unit.
Your new role
It's an exciting time to be joining QBE’s Workers Compensation unit. With steady growth and newly implemented performance standards across the industry, our Capability team play a critical role in ensuring that everyone in our business unit will be empowered through performance and development. As our new Capability Consultant, you will:
Support the delivery and implementation of key capability programs and initiatives.
Consult and collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally to identify, evaluate and deliver key projects.
Collate and story tell key capability data as well as providing recommendations and feedback.
Support the capability team via administration and coordination activities for BAU and project work.
About you
As a Capability Consultant, you will have the success of your peers and customers at the forefront of your mind as you provide crucial capability assessments. To be successful in this role, you will also have:
Experience in workers compensation
Administrative and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritise key tasks
An effective collaborator who can work with a team and multiple stakeholder groups to achieve desired outcomes and common goals
An excellent communicator both verbally and written, who can facilitate and present in meetings, workshops, and events and maintain a professional demeanor
