A fabulous opportunity exists to join a dynamic management company which owns multiple Caravan Parks in Victoria & NSW.
One of these parks is seeking an experienced and motivated manager to continue the growth and development of this business, which offers a variety of accommodation. From self-contained holiday units, to well-appointed motel rooms and caravan and camping sites, the Caravan Park caters to all budgets.
Just completed is a new section of dedicated over 55's permanent independent living homes….. The business is on the move!
Located 1.5 hours from Melbourne, near the Strathbogie Ranges with the lake at its doorstep, you could be working in a regional area full of wineries, gourmet food outlets, outdoor activities and great fishing spots!
In this role, you will be responsible for the operational activities of the park with a focus on office management, providing a positive guest experience, resident and community services, staff supervision and liaising with the Directors. Meeting financial targets, broadening the reach of the business as well as the sale of new residential homes will be key targets.
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Previous experience in managing an accommodation-based business
- Strong office administration and operation skills
- Good understanding of financial drivers
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle process
- Mediation and conflict resolution skills
- Competency in using computers
- Willingness to work as a team with peers and employer
- Initiative and motivation
This role is a live-in position and a 3 bedroom house is provided. Working to a roster with a minimal after-hours component, an attractive salary package including operational and sales bonuses is offered.
