About the roleAs our Care Connector, you will play a vital role in providing specialised and intensive assistance to our vulnerable and isolated older people, ensuring they can access essential services and connect with vital community supports. We aim to improve integration between health, aged care, and other systems at a grassroots level, paving the way for seamless access to the resources individuals need to thrive!
What you'll be responsible for- 🤝 Relationship Building
Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.
- 💬 Customer Query Handling
Serve as the subject matter expert for the product/service, address customer questions and facilitate requests that need to be actioned by internal teams

Manage the timely setup and implementation of product/service to help customers meet their goals and drive product adoption
