Located in the Melbourne bayside suburb of Frankston North, Forest Lodge is a 180 bed Home in a quiet suburban setting.
Forest Lodge is bright and airy, providing high-calibre care in a contemporary setting.
As the Care Manager (Grade 5 RN), you will be responsible for ensuring our residents receive exceptional care by leading and maintaining high performing and culture-driven teams and be pivotal in maintaining positive stakeholder relationships that contribute to a safe and caring environment.
What you’ll be doing
Supervise care staff and oversee roster requirements
Perform necessary Critical Incident Management and expert clinical support
Support residents, families and visitors in a highly professional manner
Ensure assessments, care plans and reviews are undertaken appropriately, on time and well documented
Manage clinical education and competency of staff
Promote and foster a positive, collaborative and diverse culture
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday
0800 – 1615 (or variation depending on needs)
Rare weekend work when operationally required
