AddressSanctuary Recruitment are supporting a well known aged care provider to recruit a Care Manager for their medium sized home in the Mornington Peninsula.
This rare and exciting role has not been on the market for 5+ years and needs a strong clinician who can confidently take over and take the lead of all clinical aspects of the facility, including the guidance and education of the registered nurses. The facility was fully accredited at the start of 2023 and has maintained full compliance throughout this time.
The successful candidate will be compassionate and caring and has the ability to adapt quickly to a team. They want to work together as a team and bring everyone along on the journey. To be successful for this role, you must have:
- Registered Nurse - AHPRA registration
- 2 years previous Care Management experience.
- Solid understanding of all Aged Care accreditation standards
- Demonstrated knowledge of all relevant legislation, ANACC, regulatory requirements and professional standards
- Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to lead & mentor a team of RNs and care staff
- Exemplary communication and presentation skills.
