About the role:
As a full time Care Organiser to assist and provide high quality care services to our clients. Based in Bendigo office, the Care Organiser will ensure that the administrative requirements of the program are maintained in accordance with Departmental and organisational requirements. As a Care Organiser you will:
- Ensure that client finance information is managed in a timely and accurate manner
- Effectively manage finance office systems, budgeting, record keeping, invoicing, document control, processing accounts and monthly reports
- Ensure that the financial administrative requirements of the program are maintained in accordance with Departmental and organisational requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to all of our people, clients and stakeholders including clients and external suppliers
About you:
You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices. This is the place for you if you:
- Great customer service skills which are friendly and professional and are known for your caring and compassionate nature
- Experience in administration, database and finance systems
- Experience in managing and coordinating staff rosters and working within client budgets
- Capacity to have a high level of proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and other specialized programs
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast paced environment
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

- A current Working With Children & Vulnerable People card
- Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
