About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join our team as a Full Time Care Organiser to assist and provide high quality care services to our clients in Bendigo and surrounding regions.
The primary purpose of the position is to manage and to support the effective delivery of Uniting AgeWell Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP). As a Care Organiser you will:
- Be the key contact for client enquiries / complaints both by phone and in person
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and/or their carers to ensure care needs are being provided
- Provide excellent customer service to all of our people, clients and stakeholders including clients and external suppliers
- Play an active role in supporting our team to maintain day-to-day service delivery and coordination of client service
- Be responsible for administrative duties including records management, monthly reporting and document control
- Monitor and manage group email inboxes, incoming calls and walk in clients and community members
- Action and document phone calls and/or communication relating to scheduling, including but not limited to sick call, rostering issues, change request, client enquiries

- A current Working With Children’s card
- Current and required flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
- Have Australian working rights
- Are able to pass a national police clearance and/or NDIS clearance
