About the Role:
ICC Sydney are currently looking for a passionate and motivated Full Time, Car Park and Logistics (CP&L) Supervisor to join our enthusiastic and hard-working Logistics team.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Carpark & Logistics, you will be the operationally on the ground and the key operational escalation for all CP&L team members while aiming to deliver not only efficient stakeholder services, but contributing to a smooth, safe, and secure operation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver a customer focused service that is timely, effective, and efficient, meeting stakeholder needs, and following ICC Sydney approved policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure the building is set-up in the appropriate mode of operations for the given day; may include patrol car parks, monitor egresses.
- Ensure a strong and consistent communication between team members in managing safe and efficient movement/ flow of all vehicles across all docks and carparks.
- Be the first line of supervision of Car Park and Logistics staff, ensuring management of the operations of the car park and event day transport.
- Build and maintain relationships through detailed and sound communication with not only the internal team, but external stakeholders when required.
- Monitor, report on and escalate as required, venue traffic control, logistics and carpark contractor performance.

- Work safely and correctly, follow and guide operational staff on processes, procedures, and instructions from the logistics management team.
- The ability to demonstrate safety and vehicle awareness.
- Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
- Safe Work Traffic Control Work Training Card (preferred)
- Strong availability to work on a rotating roster across morning, evening, and weekends.
- Valid working rights in Australia
- You must be over the age of 18.
