We deliver funded services and programs across the Southern Melbourne Area including the local government areas of Greater Dandenong, Frankston, Casey and Cardinia.

Tenancy Plus is delivered by wayss in collaboration with the Department of Housing, Fairness and Families (DFFS) with a focus on supporting people through early intervention and integrated service delivery.

About the role
The Case Manager position provides case management support to people in social housing accommodation, enabling them to maintain their tenancy, live independently and reduce their risk of further homelessness. Tenancy Plus is delivered by wayss in collaboration with the Office of Housing (DFFH) with a focus on supporting people through early intervention and integrated service delivery.
