Case Manager - Young People (Oohc)

$82 - 88K + Super + Salary Packaging. Provide therapeutic casework support to Young People who are in care.

Type: Permanent, Full Time position. Monday-Friday working normal business hours, however, due to the nature of the role, some flexibility is required. Location: South Western Sydney region Salary: $82 - 88K + Super + Salary Packaging
Are you an experienced OOHC Case Manager with a passion for supporting Young People? This role may be for you!
Role
Working as part of a holistic team your role will be to provide comprehensive case management support to children in OOHC. Where possible you will also help keep children connected to culture and help maintain a relationship with birth families.
Candidate

• Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology or relevant community welfare fields.
• Previous case management experience in a child protection related service.
• Demonstrated experience working with Young People with complex needs (ideally OOHC).
• Full Australian driver’s license.
