Are you passionate about your community?About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated Case Worker for our Doorways to Parenting Program! You will work within a state-wide team of staff and volunteers to provide intensive support and intensive case work services for parents through a holistic parenting program.Responsibilities includePromote secure parent/child attachments e.g. emotional and physical safetyEngage contact with families to stabilise high risk behaviours through supervised access play groupOngoing assessment made of client's issues, needs and circumstances from initial intake to exitIndividual case plans are developed in collaboration with clientsAssist families and children in their development through counselling and program referralsThis is fixed-term part-time position, 22.8 hours per week (3 days a week), based in Howrah, TAS.
