Position overview
As a Gaming Attendant at Country Club, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience during their visit. Your exceptional customer service skills will shine as you engage with guests, assist with enquiries, and contribute to maintaining a vibrant and positive atmosphere. Your passion for learning will enable you to adapt to the ever-evolving casino industry.
Once competent as a Gaming Attendant you will be given opportunities to upskill into Table Gaming, Cashiering or Member Services.

As a successful candidate you will:
- provide memorable customer experiences with your welcoming and friendly attitude and handle concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism;
- be eager to learn about casino games, policies and industry regulations;
- participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge;
- be motivated to progress your career pathway in gaming through multiskilling opportunities in Table Gaming, Cashiering and Member Services;
- have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts (day and night) across all seven days of the week in a highly regulated environment;
- be of legal age (18 years), hold or be able to obtain, a Special Employee Casino Operative Licence and Responsible Gambling Services certificate;
- all new employees must also satisfy a fitness for work assessment.
