The role is a classic Finance Manager, managing a team of two. You’ll report to a supportive CFO who has worked their way up, and who is willing to provide training and support whilst allowing you take the reins of the day-to-day finance function.
The company doesn’t have a set WFH policy, though they are flexible if you need to work from home due to family or home commitments. Flexible start & finish times are available to accommodate pick-ups or drop-offs.
The role is open to first movers from accounting firms (Manager level), Senior Accountants seeking a step up, or existing Finance Managers looking for a change. The role is well rounded and will give you all the skills you need to progress within a global company environment.
The Challenge
Key responsibilities will include:
- Financial & Management Reporting – monthly, quarterly & annually to Australian team and overseas parent company
- External and internal audit involvement
- Tax compliance
- Cash flow forecasting
- Supporting with budgeting, forecasting and FP&A
- Liaising with Head Office/Regional teams to maintain the SAP ERP
- Management & mentorship of 2 direct reports
