We are in the market for suitably qualified, experienced, energetic and confident Casual Administration all-rounders to join our casual pool. That means you will fill short-term ad hoc assignments or temporary leave cover across the business as and when required.
You will enjoy working with a diverse range of people every day, have the capacity to multi-task and prioritise, and can apply a consistent, quality and values-driven approach to the delivery of administrative tasks and processes.

What you will bring to the team
We seek applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals who possess demonstrated skills and knowledge in the following areas (please read the Position Description for more details):
Hold suitable qualifications in office administration or relevant areas.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with others and provide excellent customer service.
Excellent computer literacy with confidence to operate across several online systems.
Outstanding time management, planning and organisational skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative.
Ability to handle sensitive material/issues with tact, diplomacy and strict confidentiality.
Highly developed skills in the development and formulation of reports, correspondence and other documentation as required.
